SarahAahoo Jahansouzshahi (10 January 1980), known professionally as Sarah Shahi is an American actress and former model. She portrayed Carmen on The L Word in 2005, Kate Reed in the USA Network legal drama Fairly Legal (2011-2012), and Sameen Shaw on the CBS crime drama Person of Interest (2012-2016). She also played the role of Det. Dani Reese is a character in the show Life[3] as well as Alias. In addition, she was an actor in Reverie in the year 2018. She was a frequent character in City on a Hill on Showtime in 2019[55. She was also a part of seven episodes on The Rookie playing the role of Jessica Russo in the romantic romance Jessica Russo.
